At True Luxury Roofing LLC, we stand behind the quality of our roof replacements. We are committed to providing you with a durable and long-lasting roof, backed by comprehensive warranty coverage.

Our Warranty Coverage

We offer a robust warranty package to give you peace of mind:

  • 2-Year Workmanship Warranty: We guarantee our installation work for a period of two (2) years from the date of completion. This warranty covers any defects in the installation of your new roof.
  • 2-Year Owens Corning Shingles Warranty: In addition to our workmanship warranty, your Owens Corning shingles come with a two (2) year warranty directly from the manufacturer, covering material defects.
  • Total 4-Year Coverage: Combined, you receive a total of four (4) years of comprehensive warranty coverage on your new roof.

What Our Warranty Covers

Our workmanship warranty specifically covers issues arising from the installation process, such as:

  • Leaks due to improper shingle fastening.
  • Flashing defects.
  • Issues related to improper ventilation installation.

The Owens Corning shingles warranty covers manufacturing defects in the shingles themselves.

What Our Warranty Does NOT Cover

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by natural disasters (e.g., hail, wind, tornadoes, earthquakes).
  • Damage caused by external forces (e.g., falling trees, impact from debris).
  • Damage resulting from alterations made to the roof by others.
  • Normal wear and tear, fading, or discoloration.
  • Damage due to inadequate maintenance by the homeowner.

Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact True Luxury Roofing LLC immediately. We will schedule an inspection to assess the issue and determine if it falls under our warranty coverage.

For claims related to Owens Corning material defects, we will assist you in coordinating with the manufacturer.
